A new brochure “German Development Cooperation with Cambodia” was launched on the occasion of the celebration of the Day of German Unity in Phnom Penh. This publication describes the focal areas of German Development Cooperation with Cambodia: Rural Development, Health and Good Governance. It explains as well the German support to the Khmer Rouge Tribunal and aspects of cultural co-operation.
The brochure also contains the updated version of the “Cambodia Road Map”. It gives the most up to date overview of the Cambodian road system. Detailed maps of Phnom Penh (with index of street names), the Royal Palace, Siem Reap as well as the Angkor Wat Area are on the road map’s back page. “Brochure and road map are meant to encourage travelling with open eyes for the social and environ-mental challenges that Cambodia faces today,” said Germany’s new Ambassador to Cambodia, Dr. Wolfgang Moser.

Brochure and Road Map are joint publications by the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany together with all major institutions of German Development Cooperation in Cambodia.
