The reconciliation between France and Germany, following the end of WW2 and undertaken by politicians as well as civil society, is exemplary. What lessons can Cambodia and its neighbors take away in the construction of the ASEAN single market? This is the core question of the event running from May 25 to May 28 that will be debated through a series of events.
