On 10 February 2010, H.E. Mr. Ouch Borith, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and H.E. Mr. Frank M. Mann, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany, signed an agreement on “Humanitarian Demining in Oddar Meanchey and Siem Reap Provinces” to the amount of USD 1,370,000.00 for 2010. H.E. Hor Namhong, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Development, presided over the signing ceremony.

During his visit to Cambodia from March 10 until March 12, 2010, Federal Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development, Dirk Niebel, together with German Ambassador Frank M. Mann and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Economy and Finance H.E. Keat Chhon, signed the “Agreement on Financial Cooperation 2009”.
